REFUND POLICY

1. Your Right to Cancel

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To cancel your order, email:

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Items being returned

2. Return Conditions

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all tags and accessories

We reserve the right to deduct an amount for diminished value if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

 

  • ​Incense products where seals have been broken

  • Fragrance items once opened

  • Any sealed goods not suitable for return once unsealed

This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kanzofficialco@gmail.com

Where confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Refunds

 

Refunds are processed within 14 days of:

  • Receiving returned goods; or

  • Receiving proof of return

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty.
